I am Kenzie McFeely.

I am a designer, yes. But I’m also an artist, a daydreamer, a perpetual ponderer.

Although I’ve always sought peace through creating, I didn’t always want to be a designer. First, I wanted to be a scientist. As long as I can remember, I’ve been relentlessly curious and had a deeply seated need to understand. There’s so many questions - the why’s, the how’s, the what if’s. And many answers, too. But the general unknowing.. the infinite void left to be discovered and the purely human ability to seek it is what has always inspired me.

I didn’t realize until much later how intimately intertwined this curiosity and creativity were - the intersections between art, science and philosophy. How lucky we are, as humans, to have the ability to perceive it. So, here I am now. Designing and fabricating and making meaning the best way I know how: through creating.

I received my Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the widely respected School of Design at the University of Central Oklahoma in 2018. During my time there, I received a variety of awards. Including, but not limited to, Flux Awards, AAF Addy Awards, second place in the Small Business Division of the Love’s Entrepreneur’s Cup and more. I have spent time working in agency, corporate in-house, freelancing for a variety of clients, and as the Brand & Marketing Manager for Stonecloud Brewing Company.
